In a new step reflecting the commitment of Al Bostany Developments and Yasser Abdallah Developments (YAD) to delivering integrated real estate projects based on the latest engineering and technological standards, Hilnan Landmark Hotel in New Cairo hosted the signing of two strategic cooperation agreements related to the Nova Square project in New Cairo on the morning of Monday, August 10.
The first agreement established cooperation between Al Bostany Developments and Yasser Abdallah Developments (YAD), the owners of Nova Square, and e& business, which will serve as the consultant for the project’s Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems and smart communications solutions.
The second agreement established cooperation with SSE, which will undertake the responsibilities of the consultant in charge of structural design and architectural detailing, reflecting the two owning companies’ commitment to engaging leading specialized expertise to ensure the project is delivered in accordance with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
The signing ceremony was attended by Eng. Mohamed Al Bostany, Chairman of Al Bostany Developments; Eng. Yasser Abdallah, Chairman of Yasser Abdallah Developments (YAD); Eng. Mohamed El-Roweiny, Head of Digital Solutions at e& Egypt; and Eng. Michel Aziz, General Manager at SSE, representing the office of Dr. Asaad Salama.
These partnerships form part of the strategy of Al Bostany Developments and Yasser Abdallah Developments (YAD) to develop Nova Square according to an integrated vision that combines architectural excellence, engineering efficiency, and modern digital solutions, thereby enhancing the project’s investment and operational value.
Under the agreement signed with e& business, an integrated system for Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) and smart communications will be developed across the project through the design of an advanced digital infrastructure that supports operational efficiency and sustainability and enhances the project’s readiness to adopt smart building concepts. This will also include integrating security, safety, and communications systems into a unified operational system that enhances management efficiency and improves the user experience.
SSE will be responsible for the project’s structural design and architectural detailing, while applying value engineering methodologies aimed at achieving a balance between the highest levels of quality and efficiency and maximizing the project’s investment value, alongside compliance with the latest international engineering codes and standards.
